The GU-GHCF's Work for you,

The GLOBAL UNION's GU-GHC Foundation stays neutral and provides assistance in the preparation of ways, solutions and help to promote the general good of the Global Union (respectively, its united member states and their people), as together we ensure a sustainable impact in work aimed at protecting, saving, rescuing and empowering lives.

As GU's igov. Foundation remains strictly "non for profit", as officially registered at the Swiss Federal Department for International Foundations and Organisations, all commercial activities are referred to the GU's Agency (a Company which also will be officially registered).
​
In the years 2017 and 2018 and under the lead and ideas of GU's President of in global office, H.E. F. Houmard, the GU-GHCFoundation designed three innovative fund structures which will serve humanity.
​
The additional fund structure for the ICDO that was established in the GU-GHCF was discontinued in the middle of 2019 immediately, for reasons which are known only on an internal level – sanctions against a few Employees of the ICDO are under review.
The GU-GHCF's Transnational Networks
As part of our supranational-intergovernmental global permanent mission we are also constantly in communication with and between countries and regions.

This is why we reserve our GU's • GU-GHCF's Member States & Partners’ access to the governments of more than 70 countries, at the level of their Presidents, Prime Ministers, Cabinets, Ministries, Agencies and governmental and/or intergovern- mental organisations.

This includes accumulated international networks with top decision makers in various sectors including Security, Education, Industry, Finance, Shipping, Communication, IT etc.

The GU-GHCFoundation connects the charitable, state founded foundations under its roof, as well as other foundations, for the purpose of discussing and improving purposes and programs for the benefit of the general good.

GU-GHCF implemented the directives from the GU's global Presidential Office, and also opened the window to general non-member public donors – for together is better.

In this case we ensured protection in this delicate financial area – over the past few decades too much of public donations and/or governmental contributions simply ends up in the wrong hands (we accept only non-corruptible activities ) and/or only minimally reaches the destinations given that high admin expenses were taken – such outflows have to be stopped.
​
So we as GU's created GHCFoundation, with the order to take care of and ensure that 99% of your donations (as we seek to ensure a change whereby non-admin expenses are covered by your donations) reach the carefully approved GU's and its Permanent Missions humanitarian aid projects with an aim of serving humanity.

As part of a future goal of increasing and emphasising the above donation roles, the President of the global Office has led the launching of the overall GU & GU-GHCF organisational structure, including consideration of all the needed departments, as well as the structure of the global innovative funds that will finance the activities and projects to be implemented, all in an effort to ensure proper utilisation of organisational and financial support with an aim of fulfilling an effective purpose.
As part of a unique decision aimed at financing public activities, he ensured that 99% of donations and subsidies of private individuals, institutional, agency members and/or member states go directly toward the implementation of projects which serve humanity. He also arranged a subsidiary structure to cover future administration expenses separately, to include in the innovative fund structure.

Every public donor who makes an individual donation, as well as every member state and every partner who makes a member fee donation or contribution together with us, will be informed transparently as to their own donation & contributions and on the status of the project and on the receipt of their donation & contributions, with intermediate protocols and at the end with an end report.
